15 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are unused, free of defects or use within 15 days of delivery. Please email us at for more information. We will only issue a complete refund if we receive the case back in perfect, unused condition.

Design Defect

At FlightNine we work as hard as we can to provide the highest quality/coolest gear that all your friends will ask about. Unfortunately, every once in a while there is a defect on the design, faded graphic, or an unaligned logo. If this is the case, email us for further instructions


We inspect all items before packaging and shipping. However, if you are to receive a case with a crack/bad scratch, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item along with a clear picture of the faulty item and your order number.

READ: After 48 hours of receiving your item, we will not be able to process a refund for cracked/damaged merchandise.
