15 Day Return Policy

We accept returns on items that are unused, free of defects or use within 15 days of delivery. Please email us at flightninecases@gmail.com for more information. We will only issue a complete refund if we receive the case back in perfect, unused condition.

Design Defect

At FlightNine we work as hard as we can to provide the highest quality/coolest gear that all your friends will ask about. Unfortunately, every once in a while there is a defect on the design, faded graphic, or an unaligned logo. If this is the case, email us flightninecases@gmail.com for further instructions

Cracks/Damage

We inspect all items before packaging and shipping. However, if you are to receive a case with a crack/bad scratch, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item along with a clear picture of the faulty item and your order number.

READ: After 48 hours of receiving your item, we will not be able to process a refund for cracked/damaged merchandise.
